Ordering information: Orders are accepted in writing by fax (541)686-2054 or in person. Cancellations must be in writing 15 days prior to shipping and sent via fax, followed by a phone call. Additions will be treated as separate orders.

Fixture Installation: In compliance with Underwriters Laboratories all hardware is designed for permanent placement (direct or hardwired) and MUST be installed by a licensed electrical contractor. The support structure must be able to withstand the weight of the fixture (chandelier). Z Glass Act is not responsible for loss or damages that might occur as a result of improper installation or structural support.

Terms and Conditions: All initial orders will need to be paid before shipping. (Visa, American Express available)

Damages: We examine all items carefully before shipping. We use a double box system to insure items will arrive undamaged. Damages must be reported to carrier and us within 24 hours. Do not sign for any items when damage to box is apparent, and inform us immediately.
